Hello, my name is Patricia Hynds and I am proprietor and founder of TrainIT ICT Training Providers, established 2002 in Dungannon. We offer quality training and business support through ICT, specialising in the delivery of ICT Training to the private, corporate, community and voluntary sectors. Our objective is to make ICT accessible, enjoyable, and valuable to all our clients, regardless of age, religion, ethnic background, or experience. Training is delivered to a variety of industries and businesses, offsite, onsite, and online. We produce our own step-by-step training materials for use by clients and for sale to other centres/training providers. We supply laptops for use in training delivery.
I am a highly knowledgeable professional trainer with over 30 years’ experience in the practical use of software packages; identify training needs and excel at training programme design and development of associated training materials. I’m empathic, approachable, interpersonal and have presentation abilities enabling me to impart highly technical information in a manner that is easy to understand for all clients, adapting pace and content to differing levels of capacity.
I have formed links with many employers that have spanned for 20+ years and have a very high percentage of returning clients and those on recommendation from former, satisfied clients. My client base ranges from SMEs to multi-national organisations, community, and voluntary groups.
Training is presented in an interactive, informative and enjoyable manner so that participants get the best results from their time, developing their skills set and allowing them to undertake a greater variety of work with more efficiency and produce more professional documentation.
The content and examples used in the training are relevant to those attending, ensuring that it is useful and beneficial to their roles within an organisation. An effective communicator, I present information in a clear and concise manner. Course participants find me approachable and empathetic.
During my everyday training delivery, I encounter common problems and difficulties that course participants have with various applications/IT issues. There is seldom a problem that I have not previously encountered and am able to provide a solution.

In all my onsite & offsite courses, participants are provided with manuals and materials based on the training sessions. These are always used as a good source of reference and reminder on what is covered during the training.
