We keep your personal data for as long as you are engaged with Tr@inIT as a learner.

After you stop being a learner, we may keep your personal information for up to 10 years for one of the following reasons:

• To respond to any queries or complaints (in cases where accredited courses are involved where learners may have lost certificates).

We will then dispose of your information by shredding, crushing, or process of erasing/wiping a hard disk drive, where necessary.

Your data protection rights
